Printed on war-time paper (which is, actually, very good quality).

Slightly sunned spine; inscription onf front-free endpaper; one illustration very neatly coloured; the usual odd fox spot; very good minus; complete with poor (1¾" ch;unk missing from head of spine; 1" chunk missing from foot of spine; piece missing from top-front-edge of front panel/flap fold; edge-wear/chips; front-edge fold splitting; lower 1¼" of back-panel/flap fold split; 'dusty') wrapper; not price-cut.
