Bensusan, S. L.: William Shakespeare, His Homes and Haunts.

Bensusan, S. L. - William Shakespeare, His Homes and Haunts. T. C. & E. C. Jack, not dated [1910?]; still has a Foyle's recept dated 23.12.44 but this was probably a scond-hand book purchase. The Pilgrim Books series. 8" x 5", 96pp plus 16 plates, brown paper covered boards with gold blocking and an onlay monochrome portrait, hardback. Index. Illustrated with 12 monochrome drawings, in crayon, by A. Forrestier, plus 4 monochrome portraits.

Slight rubbing to onlay portrait; spine very slightly sunned; very very slight other cover wear; front paste-down rubbed in top-front corner (looks to be the scratching-out of some small inscription); several pages uncut; slight 'browning' to one side of free endpapers; otherwise very good plus; no wrapper.
