Iwerks, Ub - Flip the Frog Annual. Dean, not dated, 1932? Apparently Iwerks worked for Disney on Mickey Mouse in the 1920s; these cartoons do evoke images of Mickey. 8¾" x 6½", not numbered (122pp) plus 4 plates, colour paper covered boards, hardback. Illustrated with 4 colour plates and monochrome drawings. Nearly all spine paper missing ('netting' still present), edge wear, heavy corner wear, spine cloth taped to back board with good quality tape (pealing, without any staining), edge foxing, inscription on front paste-down, possibly lacks front-free endpaper?, lower left corner of frontispiece creased, lower right corner of plate 2 wragged with some loss, and some creasing to this plate, plate 3 loose with slightly ragged edges, plate 4 half detached with the top half of the internal margin creased, boards bright, scribble on back endpapers, some internal marks and fox spots but contents generally clean, good only, no wrapper. Exceedingly scarce annual.
